Soft Start Monday: What are ways you shift from always hustling?

Most folks in this community, including myself, are always hustling. Whether it's a side gig, leveling up in your job or simply managing life tasks - we stay hustling.

Personally, I've shifted my Monday mindset from starting the week off with a lot of meetings, tasks and "hitting the ground hard" to instead shifting to a Soft Mindset. One of the ways I've done this is removing meetings from my Monday schedule. This allows me to enter the week with less stress, not having to immediately remember what we discussed last week and deeper focus on tasks/projects.
