JD is an Instructional Designer, Content Writer, and Storyteller specializing in emotional intelligence training for leaders and people managers. Their expertise lies in enabling individuals to gain awareness of their emotions, evaluate how those emotions influence their actions, and understand the impact they have on others.

With a diverse portfolio, JD has collaborated with Fortune 500 companies, Tony Award-winning musicals, the It Gets Better Project, the NYC Department of Education, and Spain’s Ministry of Education.
