The Vice President (VP) of Operations oversees all operational aspects of ttcInnovations’ Service Delivery team, ensuring that processes are optimized, and strategic goals are met. The aim of this role is operational excellence, targeting a 95% on-time project delivery rate and a 5% annual reduction in operational costs. The VP of Operations is a member of the executive team and manages operational budgets, ensures compliance, and drives continuous improvement in operational efficiency and effectiveness.
