About the Role

As our HubSpot Specialist, you will work closely with our clients' sales, marketing, and customer success teams to understand their needs to build and optimize their HubSpot environment. This includes creating and managing workflows, custom objects, custom properties, forms, web pages, landing pages, blog pages, pipelines, and integrations.

We are looking for someone with the experience and skill set to handle HubSpot-specific marketing projects from start to finish while being a liaison between clients with the ability to be part of a team and communicate projects effectively.

 This role is part-time, remote at 15-20 hours per week. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HubSpot administrator and consultant for our clients

  • Lead client-facing meetings for HubSpot audits, strategy, or process improvements

  • Partner with clients to solve marketing, sales, and service challenges in HubSpot.

  • Provide recommendations for best use of HubSpot CRM features

  • Manage and advise on complex workflow automation

  • Collaborate with customer success, sales, and marketing teams for process improvements.

  • Manage custom objects, properties, forms, website and landing pages, pipelines, and integrations.

  • Uphold data integrity within HubSpot to facilitate informed decision-making.

  • Create custom reports in HubSpot for client business insights.

  • Oversee the revenue operations process, from lead generation to customer retention.

  • Identify strategies to increase revenue and optimize the customer lifecycle.

  • Utilize data and analytics for performance measurement and improvement.

  • Stay informed on industry trends and HubSpot best practices to enhance client solutions.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years as a HubSpot power user or admin.

  • Proficient in analytical problem-solving and data-driven performance improvement.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment

  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to meeting and exceeding client objectives

  • Capable of managing multiple tasks and projects.

  • Understanding of the sales process and client goal alignment.

  • Understanding of digital marketing campaign process, from strategizing to implementation and evaluation

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with building landing pages and website pages in HubSpot

  • Expertise in specific HubSpot integrations

  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS  for customizing modules or creating emails

  • Basic design skills for setting up  emails or landing pages
