SmartAcre is seeking an experienced CRM Specialist to join our team of marketing technology experts. We're looking for someone who can navigate complex tech stacks and drive revenue operations strategies for our clients, while also comfortably participating in group chats with fellow SmartAcres about shared knowledge, random music selections, and Friday afternoon banter (to name a few). What You'll Do:
Optimize client marketing technology stacks, with a primary focus on HubSpot
Implement advanced HubSpot configurations across all hubs
Develop and execute sophisticated workflow automations and integrations
Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover actionable insights and drive strategic decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing, sales, and customer service processes
Provide expert-level troubleshooting and problem-solving for MarTech issues
Requirements:
3+ years of recent hands-on experience with HubSpot, including advanced features and customizations
Comprehensive understanding of RevOps and B2B principles
Proficiency in data management, analytics, and reporting within tech stacks
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex technical challenges
You can break down complex concepts so clearly that both CMOs and your grandma would nod in understanding
Preferred Qualifications:
HubSpot certifications (Marketing Hub Enterprise, Sales Hub Enterprise, and/or Service Hub Enterprise)
Experience with additional MarTech platforms a plus (e.g., Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce)
